At BMS we explain to our clients with total transparency what fees can be expected and in what circumstances.

We put this in writing within the contract between ourselves and the client.

Generally, we charge the client an agreed percentage commission for arranging a bona fide competitive offer with a reputable lending source.

Our fees are success based only and are expressed as a percentage of the funds raised.

As we work on sucess based fees, our contracts demand exclusivity.

BMS does not accept commission payments from lenders and thus we have no conflict of interest between the client’s best interests and maximizing our revenue stream.
